Pleasantly surprised that it works. It keeps your coffee warm. Doesn’t over boil it. The tray gets hot, I tried to touch the first 1 minute of it being on and it burnt my figures, which I’m glad because it shows that it works. Glad to got this, I’m a slow drinker and this prevents me from constantly getting up and microwaving my drinks. The instruction leaflet is clear and it’s easy to understand how to use it. The gravity sensors work well. I gave it 4 starts because of all the reasons above. Would’ve given it 5 if it could boil my drink because I like mine really hot lol. But not complaining. I recommend it won’t disappoint.

I’m using the glass setting at 80°C and it’s perfect for me. It has other settings, too, for metal and ceramic with 3 temperature options in each category. I’m using it every day. Well worth the money
