I recently played the Only Fools and Horses Monopoly Board Game and let me tell you, it was a real ‘cushty’ experience. As a fan of the show, I was excited to see how the game would incorporate some of the classic episodes and characters, and I wasn’t disappointed.
From buying and selling properties like Nelson Mandela House and The Nag’s Head to landing on Chance and Community Chest spaces with hilarious prompts like “You’ve won a game of poker with Trigger. Collect £200”, the game is full of fun nods to the show.
But what really had me chuckling were the playing pieces – you can choose from iconic items like Del Boy’s three-wheeled van, Rodney’s yellow Reliant Robin, and even Trigger’s broom (which he’s had for 20 years and has had 17 new heads and 14 new handles).
