When I brought this item initially I was surprisingly exceeded all my expectations. This massage gun had multiple setting which very important pending on the level of intensity or the pace you want to achieve. I mainly use this after my Muay Thai training. I don’t have time for a long routine stretching routine so this is ideal for me to get a quick massage and without the need for a partner overall you use anyway this so light and portable I keep this in gym bag and use when it I use it whenever i want too. The noise is not nor loud unlike many massage machine product out there on the market.
Another thing the battery life on this gun is amazing one charge and I don’t need to recharge for a week and that is considering I mainly use this every day. There’s a lot of these massage guns on the market, so it’s difficult to decide which one to go for. I ended up going with this one simply because there was a lot of reviews, and it was really cheap, so not much lost if it’s a dud.
So far, I have been very impressed. It has plenty of power and hard to stall. There’s a small cutout for a fan vent to help keep the unit cool. It does leak out a bit of grease from the attachments after the first use, so you’ll need to clean that up.
The assortment of attachments are not all that useful, as I find myself only using a couple, mostly the foam ball, bullet tip, and the dual-prong head. They each work depending on whether you want a lighter vibration or deep tissue massage.
The battery life is fine for the most part, as you can get about 40 mins of use out of it in total, depending on the speed. It charges quickly though. You can get multiple 10-min treatments out of it, so in all, I’m satisfied with the battery, just wish it lasted a bit longer.
The touch controls are easily triggered, so just changing grips and brushing past the screen can change a setting. It’s super simple to use though, as there is a main power switch in the base that activates the display, then you just use the display to power it up and adjust speeds. Speed adjustment is fast, and holding down buttons changes the speed quickly. Speed 1 was more powerful that I expected, but usable, and 30 is a good top speed for getting those tough muscle knots. So far, it has proven to be a very reliable massager.

*I’ve been suffering from a pinched nerve and a knot in my lower back for over a year now. The pain subsides for a while, but comes back in full force for a few days every month.
In the past I purchased an over-the-chair massage item, a neck pillow/back massager, and a smaller, less powerful massage gun to help me deal with my intermittent back pain (which prevented me from sitting down for longer than 5 minutes at a time.) None of the aforementioned items provided any relief. (I think they just weren’t powerful enough.)

I’ve been using this massage gun for almost a month, and I can say that I’m pleasantly surprised by not only the amount of sheer power it can generate, but also by its build quality.
The 30 different speeds are actually different enough to where I can say that it’s not just a useless, tacked-on feature meant to make the massage gun stand out from what looks like a pretty crowded massage gun field. Anything above speed 20 can be a tad painful on tender areas. I mostly set it to speed 15 when I was using on my lower back.
The battery life is surprisingly long when you only use it for shorter bursts. I’ve only had to recharge it once in an entire month. It does seem to take around 2 hours to completely recharge. (The charging indicator is on the wall plug and not the device itself. For those, like myself, who spent too long looking for the battery charging led.*)
The heft (3 pounds) is a bit of a downside when you’re targeting more difficult to reach areas and you don’t have someone to help you. The device is solid, however. I’ve had no issues with it in the month I’ve been using it. It doesn’t feel like cheap plastic either, thankfully.
The included accessories can be a tad overwhelming when you first start using the device. I recommend just starting out with the ball/round accessory and slowly branching out from there. I mostly used the ball accessory on my lower back, and I can say that it worked well. The knot on my lower back will be a bit tender after a session, but I will no longer experience the sharp pain I get whenever I stay seated for over five minutes.
The display is nice. Looks kinda futuristic. Sometimes I can find it a bit difficult to raise or lower the speeds (as if the display can’t register my input), but for the most part I have no issue with it. It’s bright enough to read in a bright room and and the numbers are large and vibrant.
The most important thing is that it brought me relief. I now keep it nearby just incase my lower back issue flares up (it will flare up at least once a month). I take it out of its package; I use it for around 5-10 minutes and I start to feel more flexible. That would automatically earn it a 5 star in my book; but I’m glad that it’s also a well constructed device that holds a charge and has enough power to be used on the stiffer muscle groups.
