It’s a fun game, maybe harder to learn for young children. There are lots of prompts so it is definitely a game you could play over and over, but I don’t think it’s worth the price.

I bought this for my 9 year old who we frequently refer to as our little barrister as he’ll argue a strong case for anything. Wish I’d done a bit more research first. I ended up removing so many cards from the set for inappropriate subjects that it’s barely worth having. For adults only, if you’re into stuff like this, it’s probably OK.

Good collection of questions. 4 stars as there are some cards that are marked as potential to be offensive – I think these types of questions should all be on the same cards so that if you want to remove them from the pack, you’re only removing the potentially offensive ones, otherwise I find that I’m removing loads of cards that could have been useful to have in the pack. I am a teacher and tutor and use these cards for persuasive writing/ speech.

Wer Social Games und Debatten liebt, ist bei diesem Spiel definitiv gut aufgehoben. Viel Spaß, viel Freude, viele Debatten und ausgesprochen herausfordernde Themen.
Das Spiel kam mit einem Sticker versehen an, auf dem der Hersteller darauf hingewiesen hat, dass 4% der Spiele dieser Herstellungscharge mit einer falschen Sanduhr bestückt sind (30s statt 2 min). Man entschuldigt sich herzlich, falls man einer der Betroffenen sein sollte, und solle bitte einfach eine Mail an den Hersteller schreiben. Da genau das bei mir der Fall war, gesagt, getan: nach einer kurzen Mail und einer sehr freundlichen Antwort am nächsten Tag bekam ich eine 5€-Erstattung auf mein Amazon-Konto (wahlweise senden sie auch die passende Sanduhr), welche ich sofort in ein anderes Spiel des gleichen Herstellers reinvestiert habe (Everyone’s an expert). Super freundlich, super lieb und definitiv maximal empfehlenswert!

The gameplay is straightforward. There are different components to learn about, but they are all very simply to understand. I read the instructions once and barely touched it ever again.
There are many different topics and debate strategies to pick from (though some may feel similar), and you can play with different friend groups, so the possibilities are endless. It is really fun if you go all out and be silly. And it’s not easy to use the debate strategies but that’s the fun! I like how different this game is from many other games out there.
It is very portable — imagine a thick notebook, or a pocket bible (obviously it’s more fun to carry this game though) — great to take on a trip.
