Sartén de gran calidad y muy contento hasta el momento, espero que sea para toda la vida. Harto de usar sartenes con teflón que a los dos años se deterioran , se rayan y se pega todo. A medida que se utiliza funciona mejor y se pegan menos los alimentos. La lavo en caliente (que no queme) con un estropajo y sal. No uso detergentes para llavarla. Una vez lavada y sin residuos, la seco bien y la dejo 8-10 min a fuego medio. De vez en cuando le hago un curado de una hora en el horno con un poco de aceite de girasol, con la sartén hacia abajo, esto hace que se haga una capa antiadherente.
