    1. Rebecca

It was pretty easy to build but it didn’t work very well as we couldnt see the moon properly with it (a bit blurry basically)

    2. Adrian

It’s for a birthday present which is next month. Will have to wait to hear about in in time. Thank you

    3. Trigger

my 15 year old son spent a few mins putting the telescope together, following the very clear instructions . We are very impressed how well it works and have used it to look at the moon and study the wildlife including finding birds singing in the trees!!! Best lock down purchase so far !!!

A totally waist of time and money.
Very difficult to build even for an adult. Thin cardboard so need to be handled with extra care.
And the most important. There’s no way to calibrate it to see anything. And se tried hard.

Bought this for my sons 10th birthday as a last minute extra and I am so pleased that I did. Its brilliant! Easy to assemble with clear instructions and the telescope works so well we could see very clearly. I will definitely be buying this for a few of his friends birthday gifts!

My 11yr old loved this but found he needed a lot of help with making it, mainly due to lots of small pieces and worrying about breaking the card. The instructions come with an option to use a QR code to show videos of construction which was fab. As yet we’ve not found it to be very clear but it’s also been quite cloudy so difficult I suppose to tell. Definitely a lovely craft for a bit of family time however after purchasing I found it much cheaper elsewhere.

This is awful, impossible to build the cardboard just comes apart when you try to connect the pieces together, absolutely useless

    8. Amazon Customer

Easy to assemble until mirror fell out. Instructions say if mirror falls out put tape on the back to hold in. Mirror has to go in the correct side up to work. Once it’s fallen out you have a 50/50 chance of putting it in correctly. I was unlucky and taped it in incorrectly. Took it out to reverse it and took tape off back and this too the mirror coating off with it.
      Rendered useless.
      Good luck.
