It was my first time to purchase a telescope.. the manual that comes with it is a bit challenging, but I found a video online that explains how to assemble it … I was in awe with how I can see all the details of the moon… still didn’t try it with the stars

Package arrived early so out that night. Easy to assemble and came in a great carrying case. There was a little issue with the pivot arm and contact support that night. Had a reply in the morning and went through a little Q&A. Sent out new pivot arm and all good now. Great when there are clear sky’s even in daylight when the moon is visible.
