I have bought this item in the past, and I have to say it was the best pair of headphones I have ever had the chance of posessing. But as all things do, they finally gave out. After thinking these headphones were top-of the-line for sturdiness, I bought a second pair.

      Worst mistake of my life.

The newer pair of these headphones that I have are absolutely horrid. I feel like lucifer in the flesh dug himself from the deepest crevaces of hell just to kidnap my package and sabotage it so that my headphones are made out of recycled plastic bottles and old car tires.

First of all, the cord on my old pair was getting ran over on my office chair like a turtle trying to cross a highway.

      It was absolutely fine.

But the new pair? Within a month of owning these new headphones, the cord was gone. Sowed in half as if an intoxicated construction worker had mistaken it for a piece of plywood.

Second of all, this new pair can’t handle falling from my desk. I was misled to think that these plastic bottle headphones would bounce right back as they are made out of bottles.

      No. They shattered upon impact.

After these two incidents and a few nights at the hospital, my headphones look like they belong to Mad Max.

I abstain from purchasing anything from this company ever again. Thank you for ruining my whole year, Logitech.

Bought this as a gift for my brother who was using apple earphones as his headset so this is his feedback. Major upgrade from what he was using. Very comfortable. The sounds are great and no lag which was his biggest issue with the previous set up.

Use these for my Xbox, they plug straight into the controller with no extra adapters needed. Great sound quality. The mic is excellent as it blocks out background noise. Very happy and highly recommend it!

      Hallo zusammen,

Prodotto consigliato

I’ve never really used gaming headphones before. To be honest, I’ve generally just used my normal music headphones for double-duty, but as they’re all Bluetooth now, I’d started to find they were having slight sync issues when using with a PC. Not massive, but enough to be annoying/off-putting.

So I decided it was time to splurge on a set of gaming headphones, and it was between a pair of Razer ones, and these from Logitech. I’ve used a lot of Logitech stuff in the past, and it’s a brand I trust, so I decided to plump for these as a result, and they’ve been very good.

The sound is nice and clear/crisp, vocals come over well on videos, and for gaming the sound is nice and immersive, with good bass response and non-distorted treble. It also comes with a USB DAC adaptor, which is fantastic because it allows your PC to really make the most of the headphones in terms of tweaking the sound via the Logitech software you can get from the LT website.

The only minor caveat is that although these claim to support 7.1 DTS surround, in reality there’s a limit to what a pair of headphones can do. Don’t come into this expecting the same sort of immersion you get from your Atmos setup in the living room with your satellite speakers and upfiring soundbar. But if you come into it with your expectations set fairly, you’ll be pleased with the performance.

I terms of the mic – I’m not really an online gamer, but I did test it out with some Teams calls and the other participants could all hear me very clearly, with no crackle or muffling, and outside noise was well-controlled.

Very solid headphones for the price.

I’ve been using this headset religiously for the past couple of weeks and I got to say they are amazing! The sound quality is top notch, the mic is crystal clear and a very comfortable fit with easily adjustable head strap. Also got them at a bargain price so highly recommend!

Sound quality good for gaming which is main reason for getting this dbf and it’s easy to adjust fit, which is comfortable.
Good length of cable and mic works well.
      Happy with overall performance.

Dostałem to czego oczekiwałem. Bardzo dobry produkt. Jedyny minus to brak wentylacji, przy 40 stopniowym upale ciężko się gra w ubranych słuchawkach.

When I first got my G432 headset and plugged it in, I have to be honest, my first impression was not great as I was not impressed with the sound quality at all. Eventually I managed to get it to a state where I am happy with it, but it took some work…

First off, I would recommend avoiding the aux cables and going with the USB adapter wherever possible, otherwise you’re just looking at a pretty underwhelming stereo headset. The 7.1 features are essential if you want to get your money’s worth out of your G432s, but they only work if you use the USB adapter and download Logitech’s G Hub software.

Just installing G Hub wasn’t enough to get my headset performing the way I wanted it though; after enabling surround sound in G Hub you’re given a variety of Equalizer pre-sets to chose from, however none of them sounded quite right to me so I had to take some time to set up a custom Equalizer and only then was I able to get the sound quality to where I wanted it.

Unfortunately, my woes with setting up the headset didn’t end there though, as the microphone was not registering any sound while using the USB adapter, so I had to do a google search to troubleshoot the issue (going by the number of results it’s a common issue) and it took a fair bit of digging around in Control Panel, testing various settings and options before I was finally able to get the microphone working through the USB adapter. I haven’t tested the mic too extensively but it seems fairly high quality and the flip up to mute feature is very convenient.

Now that I finally have everything up and running the way I want it, I must say I am quite happy with the overall performance of my G432s. I got them to replace a mid-range Sennheiser headset which unfortunately lost sound in one ear, and I’ve found the audio quality of the G432s to be at least comparable to the Sennheisers in most areas, and they even outperform them in some regards, particularly when it comes to bass and lower frequency sounds. I will say I’m not overly convinced by the surround sound aspect of the 7.1 features though; even in the test in their own software it’s not easy to differentiate between whether a sound is supposed to be coming from say, the front or the back right for example.

The build quality of the headset seems solid. The materials are nice quality and it feels sturdy without being overly heavy. The headset is comfortable to wear (though the swivelling ear cups take some getting used to) and the noise cancellation seems a lot better than my Sennheisers, with less audio leaking out if you have other people in the same room with you as well.

Overall I am happy with my G432s now, and I hope they last me a good few years… but it’s hard to say whether I would actually recommend them given the amount of hoops I had to jump through just to get them working the way I wanted. It’s definitely not the best option for less tech-savvy users, but if you have the patience and the know-how to set them up properly, I think the G432s are a decent headset for their price range.

    12. Charlie

For the price this headset is very good, the sound itself is very clean and they fit very well onto the head, they are comfortable and work very well, the only issue is the lack of customisability, the app used to keep drivers up to date offers no way of changing the sound at all, otherwise a solid headset.

    13. I Love Gadgets

I had messed around with some cheaper alternatives, and wish I hadn’t. I was simply looking for a functional headset for gaming, and not some audiophile’s dream. I arrived at this headset and was blown away! The audio jacks work just fine, but if you want the full performance, then you need to go with the USB adapter and set it up with Logitech’s G Hub. This is easy and worth every second. The audio jacks give you stereo, but G Hub gives you surround sound, and boy does it do what it says on the tin! The test set up creates sounds from the front, sides and back, and this is EXACTLY where it sounds as though they are coming from. Whichever reviewer said that the sound is OK but that the surround sound is unconvincing must have set the headset up incorrectly. From experience, this can happen when the multi-jack is not quite fully seated – you will stll get adequate sound, but the experience is disappointing. So press the jack in really hard to the USB adapter. I cannot fault the quality of the sound, and my only slight quibble is that the volume control is not great. But these cans are superb value for the price.
