The tour lasted approximately 1 and half hours. The knowledge of the tour guide was great he was happy to answer any questions he was asked and he let the kids on the tour even use some of the equipment ie. The refs warning bell and hold the subs board.
Was able to take pictures of all the exclusive areas that are usually out of bounds in cluding the changing rooms and the cottage and balcony area.
