I have nearly every fellow product in my possession. I love each one. Except this canister. Unfortunately, I was only able to vacuum seal it twice before the vacuum function no longer worked. I contacted Fellow about a replacement. They’ve been having more complaints about them failing so they now have a lid replacement program which I took advantage of. Still waiting for them to show up as Canada post is ultra slow these days but I’m hoping the new lids will be worthy of the Fellow name. I see Fellow as one of the brands like Apple. Once you have one of their products, you want them all. They’re that beautiful and high quality. This experience definitely won’t stop me from buying more of their products in the future.

The seal never really held, so after a day, it would allow air back into the jar. I followed their instructions to clean the seals, but that didn’t work. I ended up with a smashed glass jar and a new expensive pack of coffee beans all over the floor because the seal came loose again so a complete waste of £70! I Do not recommend

Not suitable for coffee. Due to off-gassing, this container loses its vacuum very quickly. To the point that every time I make a coffee in the morning, the vacuum is gone, and I’m left with beans that have clearly been exposed for hours. It’s frustrating to experience the exact issue this product is supposed to prevent.
The main selling point of a coffee vacuum container is to keep your coffee fresh for an extended period by removing air and light exposure. Unfortunately, this container falls flat in its primary function. Coffee connoisseurs looking to preserve the aromatic complexity of their beans should steer clear of this product. The poor performance renders any other features moot.
Overall, this coffee vacuum container doesn’t deliver on its promises and fails at its core purpose. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone serious about maintaining the quality of their coffee beans.

The fellow Atmos will stylishly store your beans under a vacuum. As the beans de-gas you may find the little button indicating a seal pops up. Don’t worry too much though, the displaced oxygen isn’t getting in, it’s just been replaced by the gas from the beans.
10/10 would store beans in again.

After getting my first bean-to-cup coffee machine I bought a kilo of coffee, but very quickly learned that coffee beans go stale very quickly once the bag is open and I ended up throwing more than half of the beans away due to them making undrinkable coffee after a few days.
This jar does a good job of drawing that out to about a week. It doesn’t form a total vacuum, but it’s enough to about double the shelf life of an open bag of coffee. Combining this with buying smaller coffee bags has greatly reduced waste as I can now get through a full bag of coffee beans before they go off.
It’s a bit pricey for what it is, but it should eventually pay for itself by letting me use all the beans in a bag before they go stale.
