I bought this as a gift for a friend’s birthday and attended with her on Saturday afternoon. From the start, everything was expertly planned and it meant we had a fantastic afternoon with a great balance of learning, skill and fun! our host (John) was amazing and really entertaining. All of the demos were informative but not too basic. The chocolate martini at the start was absolutely delicious and we got to make and take away a lot more than we thought! Truffles, chocolate slabs and fudge!

Really good fun, well organised, very “hands on”, making a variety of chocolate treats and learning about chocolate. Yanthe, the workshop leader gave clear explanations/advice/ suggestions/ instructions and her demonstrations meant we knew exactly what to do. She also had us in fits of laughter throught the session and we left with chocolate -what’s not to love?!

The intructor Davis was funny and made the time go quickly. Nearly 3hours of learning and making Martins and your own chocolate’s.
You are on a table with other people, quickly get to know each other as you have to share the chocolate bowl.

John the host was really funny
Full step by step guild through each process of the experience.
You get to meet other people as if your not in a large group you sit with other couple or small groups.
We made out own martinis and were given one glass of Prosecco half way through.
We made a chocolate slab which you can flavour. Then we made chocolate ganache which we could decorating and flavour with spice rum if we wanted to.

The lady who run the session was funny, informative and friendly. My husband and I had so much fun making our Chocolate Martinis and of course drinking them while we learnt how to make Ganche to turn into our yummy truffles. We also created our very own slab of chocolate to lovingly decorate. The homemade fudge provided to be decorated was so yummy. We went home armed with our treats to enjoy at home. Highly recommend!
