More structure for picture taking in certain areas is needed but plenty of time to take pictures.
Staff were friendly and full of good facts however would have liked more!

This tour really was fantastic! Not much can fault it! Arriving there the staff were so friendly and always happy to help! Not only that but when going into the Press Room and also the Home changing room, the staff working there gave us some amazing facts about the place and I learnt more from them too! It was nice the access the away end too as that’s something I won’t really see! The only things that could fault it would be the audio through the machine and earphones was quite poor.

I was lucky enough to have been bought this as a present from my daughter who accompanied me on this your along with my son who she had also gifted a tour. Everyone we met treated us extremely well and our guide was very informative as well as funny. We got to see and experience the Europa Trophy, dugouts ,changing rooms, press room etc taking lots of photos along the way. We then spent a Very enjoyable hour or so taking in the sights in the museum – reminiscing about the various kits, players.

From the moment I recieved my date and time to attend the ground tour I was very excited, I rang up the morning of the day to make sure everything was fine, and had a nice conversation with the person on the phone .
From going through the gates of Chelsea F.C to coming out of the same gates at the end, it was a real thrill, everyone knew their stuff, I didn’t think a 65 year old man could get that excited.

Loved my son and my day, history great in the museum, Peter Houseman lived 50 yards from me when I was very young, he and his wife used to have all us youngsters round his house for soft drinks. He set up all our local football leagues. We used to play a lads against, dads and up to 3 Chelsea players every summer. Peter Houseman and Chelsea Legends.
