I’m super happy with this – a Christmas gift that was perfect for my bread baking addiction… So tired of having to flour the board, getting too much/not enough – this roller/shaker is the boss! I have granite counters, and I worry about knocking it over, so I just keep a folded kitchen towl nearby to rest this on when not in use. Easy to fill w/flour – the shaker holes are large enough to flour your board perfectly. I worried the holes might be too small… it’s perfect in every way.
