Not easy to use, I’ve watched endless videos on using the Wilton pro and spritz cookie recipes trying to get this to work…. but it’s not happening! It looks fairly easy! I made the dough, consistency looked right – then came the pressing into shape – the dough just doesn’t stick to the surface, I’ve tried several different surfaces but cannot get the cookie to release from the dispenser and stick to the baking tray!
The issue maybe converting the recipe from from cups to grams. Great idea, quality of the product is good and wonderful if it works for you – but I’m giving it a generous 3 stars for being a great concept.

Dos clicks, con uno no funciona y, lo más importante: la bandeja tiene que ser especial para galletas y no usar papel vegetal ni nada similar. Compré la bandeja Wilton que aparece en las fotos de este producto y genial. Muy fácil de limpiar. No todas las plantillas funcionan.

Opened, washed and followed the recipe for savoury biscuits. The lever would not align on the arrow, first of all. Then we we aligned it for it to click in, the plastic lever broke on the 3 biscuit. Very disappointed.

ich hab mich getraut und die presse gekauft und es nicht bereut. ich übe mich noch in der handhabung, aber für einen laien wie mich waren die ersten plätzchen nett anzusehen….
ich hab probleme mit meinen händen, mit der presse ging aber alle recht leicht herauszudrücken. in meinen händen liegt sie gut und war auch gut zu befüllen – selbst im vollen zustand konnte ich ohne probleme die metallplatten austauschen und andere formen herausdrücken.

I’d never used one of these before. I found it had a bit of a learning curve, so the first few attempts failed pretty badly. Once I got the hang of it, though, it works beautifully. My kids and I have had a lot of fun making shaped cookies together with it.

I ordered another model of cookie press and didn’t have much luck getting it to work properly. And it came apart while cleaning it, but I was able to get it back together. So, I ordered this one and my goodness the difference! Much easier to work with, very easy to clean (the standard Wilton cookie recipe just basically melts in hot soapy water) and easy to change out the cookie press plates. More than worth the price and was delivered very quickly.
