Great experience. I took my son on the half term holidays. Friendly staff, great variety of souvenirs. The tour is about 1hr long. Bit because it is self guided and there is free access to the museum get to leave 2 hours at least. Great experience for any Arsenal fan

I got this tour for my son he’s only 7 and he absolutely loved it. I did too, I did find it really interesting. The explained everything about the tour and after buying my son a football he lost it behind the staduim gates and the floor staff went out of their way and collected the ball.

Took my son on the Arsenal Stadium Tour, and can thoroughly recommend it. It’s self guided but means you can take as long as you want, and you get to see many areas of the stadium. (We also did the Chelsea Stadium Tour and we both agreed that the Arsenal tour was much better).
The experience voucher was accepted no problem at the stadium, as good as cash.

I attended the tour with my brother aged 8 after purchasing it for his birthday. We were quite disappointed prior to beginning the tour as we were informed by the staff that the headphones (the ones with the buds) provided were unlikely to fit in my brothers ears which was the case. As a result, we were told he could listen to the device on speaker but the grand size of the stadium coupled with the noise from other visitors made this difficult. This consequently ruined our experience.

We had a very interesting and informative day, loved the directors box and the view of the pitch. The only negative for the whole experience was that there wasnt anywhere to buy a drink on a very hot day! Maybe a small stall / shop would be beneficial?

What a great experience the only thing I would say is when you book the actual experience it should say if you buy a gift pack then you don’t get a e voucher, I was panicking as it says to print tickets but because I brought the gift pack you don’t need too. There was no way of finding this out I just went and had to risk them turning us away .

Really fantastic experience visiting stadium, very impressed about the amount of access given. Only issue was with the tickets to get in ,had real issues trying to find the right codes to give to staff.

Really nice hotel in the New Forest. Upgraded to a family room at an extra cost to accommodate our two children. Breakfast was really tasty too.
