Very well made, nice litlle radio. Hard wearing plastic and easy to use functions not very long battery life which is dissapointing. Not sure what the wind up bit ACTUALLY winds up. I wound it up for 3-4 minutes but in the end i had to charge it from a plug. That said im happy with it as its cheap and cheerful, and gets all the channels i need. It has a strap which is only to carry in your hand and not to go over your shoulder. Has torch, a solar panel, sos button??, time/date, charging point, usb socket and headphone jack.

Tem o tamanho de um iphone 14, mas mais gordinho. A sintonização requererá um bocado de “treino” porque não é muito afinada, mas funciona bem, o som cumpre e traz um manual e instruções, um cabo de carga e um mosquetão. Não experimentei ainda o carregador solar, a lanterna ou o led, por isso não me posso pronunciar.

Been using the radio for a few weeks. I like the sound quality, well good enough for me. I’ve mainly been using DAB rather than FM. Connects well provided signal is good enough.
I appreciate its chunky, solid construction but the radio is not too big (as I wanted). Useful carrying handle. The light & ‘reading lamp’ work fine but are more for use when other systems/kit not available, as I intended.
I’m not as young as I was so the clarity/size of station identification is helpful & easy to read. The ‘press button’ controls are a nice size work well. I hope they maintain their robustness for if anything these could be the weakest link.
Battery life I think is acceptable but certainly supplement with conventional batteries too. Recharge time perhaps a bit slow but I tend to charge overnight so no drama.
Took a bit of time getting use to the operation, so the instructions are very useful. Quickly becomes intuitive for the processes one does most often e.g. changing to different stored stations. Guess I’ll need to refer back to instructions to remind myself of how to use other functions.
Very pleased with the purchase.

The knobs turn very stiff and the needle is crocked. Also the weather emergency system on the manual is for US only so pretty useless for me in the UK

Molto bella e funzionale. Ottima ricezione sia delle stazioni FM che DAB. È più grande di come appare in foto. Ho aggiunto dei gommini adesivi anti sdrucciolo così le da più stabilità. Senza i gommini tende a non essere moto stabile. Consigliata.

J’ai pris cette radio afin de l’avoir toujours avec moi elle est simple, l’autonomie suffisante même sans utiliser le panneau solaire et la manivelle. C’est bien pratique de recevoir la RNT ou DAB facilement. La qualité du son est bien meilleure en RNT qu’en la FM et le nombre de stations radio est en voie d’augmentation

Just got this today, very pleased compact lightweight, robust, clear reception , scan feature detects all AM FM DAB stations in minutes. Nice bright torch, two settings plus very raucous loud SOS alarm feature. Sturdy carry strap, extending ariel, cable and port for phone charging. Time, day, date settings displayed on screen. Absolute must have for campers, preppers, or indeed any stay at home concerned about a power cut. Takes 3 AAA batteries or your own chemical energy using the wind up crank. The green is a bit lurid would’ve preferred a more forest green camouflage shade, but that said the radio will be easier to find !

Certainly has a variety of very useful “appliances” for a crisis situation. We bought a couple because of the risk of loss of national power supply due to a variety of causes from storms to cyber attack and war. We haven’t confirmed the duration of the batteries, while the unit is in regular use.
It appears to be reasonably robust too.

It has a good sound to it, it’s light and compact so it’s easy to carry about.
It has a variety of ways to change including small solar panels when your using it outside.
