This is a very high quality device, which had worked reliably. It was very easy to set up, and has been used daily for a month with no problems. The app is stable and responsive, with all features working well. Video quality is great, but the speaker is a little quiet and the mic also (hence not 5*). Have not used the wireless charging yet, it’s a good feature but the device is not in a location where I would leave my phone. Overall, a great purchase that has allowed contact with a bribed pet.

El producto es estupendo y tiene mucho potencial. Tengo ganas de probarlo con mi gato cuando esté fuera de casa. Lo que no está muy bien hecha es la aplicación, las traducciones son bastante malas, de repente se mezclan idiomas, va lenta… Deberían subsanar esto y mejorarlo, porque el producto cuesta bastante dinero y qué menos que la app sea decente. Pero bueno, es funcional, que es de lo que se trata. De momento todo bien!

– good feeding alert for puppies.

Cons
– very buggy software, motion detection alerts gets disabled now and then and other problems.
– Motion detection only works if puppy is nearby. Doesnt work otherwise.
– Even at 2 GBPS wifi, the HD rendering doesnt work, it gets stuck. so i switched to the smooth version
– Setup is very troublesome.

I was VERY wary spending so much for a treat dispenser……. however after having a blink that broke I needed something to keep an eye on my girl when we couldn’t take her with us OUT. This has solved our problems. It wasn’t the easiest to set up. Took forever for it to get it to read the QR code to start it up! However, once it was going its amazing. I’ve had it for a month now and I love it. You have to make sure the treats are cut small enough so not to block the hoper. But as long as you make the treats small enough you’re good to go. The night vision is crystal clear as is the audio. Highly recommend. One of the best gadgets bought so far 👌

Amazing product! It’s amazing how I can speak with my dog troughth the camera, I can see her at night and day, the feeder is VERY good because it’s a way to interact with her when I can not.
I already have many pictures of my dog on the app 🤩🥰.
The skymee support is perfect as well. They are fast at replying the customer and if you have ANY problem they will help you really fast.

My favourite feature is that I can feed my dog treats remotely from the app, I worry less about my dog being home alone when I can check on him at any moment using the app!

I bought this because my neighbours complained about my dog howling when I was at work. I liked the idea of interacting with my dog via the treat feeder. Set up was relatively easy although I cannot get barking detection to work, only the motion sensor. It will not livestream to my phone unless I am connected to my home wifi so it renders the product useless for my needs because I need the functionality when I am away from home! The app requires some intrusive permissions, such as access to your location and gallery which I was not pleased with. Unfortunately I will be returning this product and investing in a much cheaper basic web cam with 2 way audio instead.

Does exactly what it says on the tin and I found it very easy to set up. Works perfectly. I found it a little complicated to set up the facility for multiple users to view on their own phones, but their help desk responded within 24 hours and resolved the issue. In fact, what you do is set up one user and then simply allow others to use your user details. Great to keep an eye on the puppy while I’m out and also allows me to comfort and treat him if he’s distressed. Brilliant!
