My cat is still newly warming to this but it was easy to put together, has cheap filters, vet recommended this product she also uses for her cat, promotes cats to drink more as cats arent natural drinkers & prefer running water than out a bowl. Keeps the water super clean, comes with easy simple instructions. Decorative & cute aswell. Great size (holds a few big bowls full of water). Very safe & effective product. Recommended especially for cats with FIC.

This fountain is adorable! Easy to set up and maintain, this cat water fountain has helped my cat stay hydrated. He is going more often, and his poop is not so dry. I think he was straining before but now he is drinking from the fountain and cracking them off like it’s nobody’s business. I feel guilty for not getting one sooner. My poor dehydrated cat just needed some water. His regular water bowl often went untouched except after breakfast, but now he has the fountain, and he LOVES it. He plays in it too, so he seems to enjoy the bubbling of it. It omits a pleasant blue light when it’s running normally, but when the water level is too low, it warns you with a red light. Definitely worth the cost!

Well, this is the second water fountain and this particular product is way better than the first, which lasted less than two years. Also, a much better design, good quality, nicer looking and ten quid cheaper!
This is almost silent, where the other one made you feel you needed the toilet, it was that loud, especially near the time it decided to pack up!
I didn’t know that when the water runs low that the white light in the shape of cat’s whiskers and nose turns red, so I was very pleased when I discovered that!

This cat fountain is very good quality. Our cat never drunk from her cat bowl and got dehydrated, until we bought her this. It took a week or so until she accepted it, but now she drinks from it daily. It doesn’t make a buzzing noise or anything like that, just a gentle tinkering of the water. I very much recommend it, its perfect!

My kittens love this as well as I. It is COMPLETELY silent, not a single trickle to be heard. It alerts you well when it’s getting low and you can easily just fill it with a glass or pick it up to the sink. Very light, super easy to put together, super cute. Absolutely love everything about it.

My main worry would be that this fountain would be loud, but that isn’t the case. It is nice and quiet. Easy to clean. It definitely gets my cat to drink more. I love that it lights up red when the water js getting low, but honestly I find I clean it before it gets too low on water anyways.

I’ve now had 2 of these fountains in the past 18 months and with both of them, the pump stopped working within a few months.
The actual fountain is a nice design and my cats enjoy using it (including as a paddling pool), but the issue with the pumps has caused me to now throw both in the bin.
With both pumps, I noticed it making a ‘fizzy’ noise when pumping the water, then within an hour it would completely stop working. I clean both the pump and fountain regularly and change the filters as advised, so it’s clearly an issue with the pump and not how I am maintaining it.
These fountains are mid priced, but terrible value for money as my most recent one has broken within 3 months. Avoid and buy something else instead.

It’s silent and our cat is happy to drink from it. It suddenly stopped pumping water after a few months. Turns out that muck had got into the pump and seized it up. It was easy to pull apart the pump and clean it. There’s a diagram in the instructions. You need a small pair of pliers and a pipe cleaner or similar.
Four stars as there’s a bit of a design flaw. The top plate prevents any access to the water underneath. So the pump must be running at all times so water flows across the top plate and your cat can drink it. This works well in normal operation. But, if the pump stops for any reason (e.g. the power fails or it gets mucky), then your cat won’t be able get at the water even though the reservoir is full.
